Pricelist / Information:

Price include final cleaning, bedding, towels, etc.

Minimum stay is 2 nights for 2 guests

Pricelist (Requests for a couple of hours or for one night will be useless)

2 nights = 250 € (2 guests)

3 nights = 360 € (2 guests)

up from 4 nights = 115 € (per night/ 2 guests)

Special offer:

2 - 3  nights = 100 € a night (2 guests)

4 – 7 nights =   90 € a night (2 guests)

up from 7 nights = 80 € a night (2 guests)

Information

Basics:

Deposit requires min. 40% of the final charge and must be paid not later than 5 days after reservation

Outstanding payment must be paid not later than 10 days before the arrival

We need time to clean everything properly so please note our arrival and departure hours:

Arrival: from 4:00pm

Departure: until 11:00am

Different Time schedules only upon consultation!!!

For each additional guest we charge 35€ a night.

(max. occupancy: 4 guests, but only upon further consultation)

Animals are not allowed for reasons of hygiene!!!!!

Indoor pool: approx. 6x4 m, 23-27°

Sauna: approx. 2x2 m

Charge per day of usage = 10€

Playroom upstairs (pitch of the roof) = air conditioning
